Privacy
This notice explains what we collect on this website, why, who helps us process it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who is responsible
The controller is Agan Aliu, Gostivar, North Macedonia, who runs ALYNO (see the legal notice). For anything about your data, email hello@alyno.studio.
What we collect
When you write to us through the contact page: your name, email address, company (optional), what you need, a budget range (optional) and your message. With it we store a keyed hash of your IP address. It lets us limit how many inquiries one connection sends in an hour, and it cannot be turned back into the address. Please don’t send passwords or other sensitive information.
When you visit: our host keeps short technical logs (IP address, time, page requested, browser) to deliver and protect the site. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies, does not fingerprint you, and gives us only totals: pages viewed, referring sites, browser types and countries.
No cookies. This website sets no cookies. Your browser remembers, for one visit only, whether your device can show the 3D figure (session storage; nothing is sent to us).
Why, and on what legal basis
- To reply to your inquiry and discuss a possible project: steps you asked for before a contract (GDPR and UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and our legitimate interest in answering messages (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- To keep the site and the contact form safe from abuse (the bot check, the hourly limits and the host’s logs): our legitimate interest in security (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- To understand which pages are read, in totals only: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
We don’t use your information for marketing, and we don’t sell or share it beyond the processors below.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): hosts the website and its database, runs the bot check (Turnstile) on the contact page, and provides the analytics.
- Resend, Inc. (USA): delivers your inquiry to our inbox and sends you a short confirmation.
- Our email provider (Titan): holds the inbox where inquiries and replies are kept.
Some of them process data outside your country, including in the USA. Where the GDPR, UK GDPR or Swiss law applies, these transfers rely on the providers’ data processing terms, including the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified.
How long we keep it
We keep an inquiry and the emails about it for 12 months after our last contact, unless a contract we sign with you requires longer. Inquiries in the website’s database are deleted automatically after 12 months. The host’s technical logs and Resend’s delivery logs are kept for short periods under their own policies.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, the UK GDPR and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) you can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive it in a portable form. Email hello@alyno.studio from the address you used; we answer within one month.
You can also complain to a data protection authority: where you live or work (for example your EU authority, the UK’s ICO or Switzerland’s FDPIC), or in North Macedonia, the Personal Data Protection Agency. We follow North Macedonia’s Law on Personal Data Protection too.
